In these sculptures, ceramics and stone symbolize the human being and their burden. The stone represents a frozen emotion that the body is forced to carry. It becomes part of the body itself — almost invisible, yet constantly felt.
The ceramic figures – “weightlifters of heaviness” – balance between fragility and endurance. Their forms are tense and immobilized. This is a visual expression of a mental state, inviting the viewer to reflect on how much emotional weight they carry and whether they still remember what lightness feels like.
